What is Thorne’s 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee?
If you’re not satisfied for any reason with a Thorne product you purchased, simply return it to the place of purchase for your money back, a store credit, or a replacement product.  Call our Customer Service Department at 800.228.1966 to request a refund or a product credit for a purchase from Thorne. You must submit your request within sixty (60) days of the date of purchase.
